We are Doucheservice! 👋 We believe that taking a shower is essential to make the most of your day. During renovations and home care, many people often can’t use their own shower. That’s why we solve this problem by installing innovative temporary emergency showers in people’s homes

Our office in Delft is looking for a Finance Working Student. Do you want to be part of a young and friendly team and make people happy with an emergency shower? Then this position is perfect for you!

What does this position entail?

As a Finance Working Student at Doucheservice, you will be responsible for supporting the finance team with various administrative tasks. You will be involved in checking and reviewing work lists, maintaining purchase declarations, and ensuring that financial processes run smoothly. When you have spare time, you will support the Finance Support Agents by answering customer questions and scheduling new assignments.

What does your workday look like?

• You’ll work at our beautiful head office in Delft, 5 minutes from TU Delft/city center and 20 minutes from Rotterdam!
• You start your day in the bar loft and catch up with colleagues
• You check the work schedules of our employees
• You process our new purchases and all declarations
• During lunch, you enjoy your well-deserved break
• After the break, you participate in the finance meeting, after which you work independently on the discussed agenda items.
• Because your Finance Support colleagues are busy, you end your day by scheduling some customer requests.

Who are you?

• You are available 8-16 hours per week
• Enthusiasm, proactivity, and a positive attitude
• You speak and write Dutch
• You are studying business administration, economics, accounting, or another relevant field
• You work accurately and precisely
